I think you have the right to know why......
For those that couldn't attend the June Sunday Monthly Munch held at Alex Nihon's location, I wanted to inform you that as a group we will NOT be going back there or any Nickel's location for the following reasons and these are based on going to this location on TWO occasions, so they can't say we didn't give the place a chance....
The service that we got can only be rated as SLOW, the food can only be rated as BAD, the Customer Relations as NONE.
Here are just some of the reasons:
Service: On a very slow evening and a fully staffed restaurant taking and getting orders were like pulling teeth ( not the fun those pain sluts in the group are use to ). I even got up and waved My arms around until the Manager finally went and got the server....
Food: morningstar ( sheila) got a pizza with hair in it.
Customer Service: On the branch level, the Manager offered morningstar no charge for supper, a drink on an empty stomach and a used $12.00 coupon from a coupon book ( knot even a Nickel's coupon ). On a Head Office level, I email them ( via their website ) right after the munch to comment on their feedback section and I have never heard a word back...
With all these facts I truly can't allow Myself to book anymore reservations with the Nickel's Restaurant chain and subject you to any future problems.....
